BOARD OF GOVERNORS

Section 1: The officers of the FBATS shall consist of the following: Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Deputy CEO, Secretary, Publicity Officer, Special Activities Officer, and Volunteer Officer.

Section 2: The Installation Commander, or their designated representative, shall, with the individual’s consent, appoint the CEO.

Section 3: The spouse of the Commanding General, XVIII Airborne Corp and Fort Bragg, or a designated representative, shall be Honorary CEO.

Section 4: The spouse of a general officer currently assigned to Fort Bragg, or a designated representative, shall be Advisor. The Honorary CEO shall designate the Advisor.

Section 5: A Parliamentarian shall be appointed by the CEO with the approval of the Honorary CEO.

Section 6: Members-At-Large include representatives from (but are not limited to):

1. Volunteers from the Fort Bragg community
2. Enlisted Spouse’s Association (ESA)
3. Fort Bragg Area Officers’ Spouses’ Club (FBAOSC)
4. Military Officer’s Army Association (MOAA)
5. One military retiree or their spouse
6. One DOD Civilian
7. One member of FBATS Management
