Section 4: Eligible persons may apply for membership by filling out and returning to the FBATS a Membership Contract application that is maintained as Membership Contract, Appendix A and is an addendum to the bylaws. There shall be no initiation fee charged to applicants.

Section 5: Memberships shall expire on the last day of January for each year. Members shall be required to submit a new application for renewal.

Section 6: A member shall remain in good standing by following the policies and guidelines set in the Standard Operating Procedure (hereafter referred to as SOP), Appendix B that is maintained as an addendum to the bylaws. Loss of privileges due to abuse of these policies will forfeit membership.
