Who Can Buy? (Patronage)

Patronage of the FBATS is defined in Article IV of the constitution and states:

Section 1: Patronage of the FBATS for the consignment of goods shall be open to all military ID cardholders (active duty, retiree, DOD civilian, active duty reservist, active duty national guardsman, and/or their dependents who are in possession of a current military ID card and are 18 years or older).

Section 2: Patronage of the FBATS for the purpose of purchasing consigned and/or donated goods shall be open to all military ID cardholders and the general public.
